Fabien Forrester-Charles (CIO) and John Carne (Chief of Staff) were directly responsible for building a mail-order pharmacy that changed the paradigm of the industry; maximizing efficiencies for ordering, adjudication, and fulfillment processes; enabling the manufacturer to work directly with the pharmacy, creating streamlined patient care and access to medications.
With an initial raise of $4M, revenue grew from $0 to $900M in 16 months, and an exit was executed some months later for $138M.
